• Our house is built on three levels which are connected with outdoor and indoor stairs. Therefore, attention must be paid on children in order to avoid accidents.
• Pets are allowed. However, attention must be paid on them so as to avoid any damage on the floors of the bedrooms, the stairs and the corridors given that they are made of wood.
• In order to avoid any further damage on the floors, you should wear the single use slippers which we provide for this particular reason.
• The swimming pool is not fenced. Its deepest part is 2.5 m which means that people who do not know how to swim well should pay attention. In order to avoid any accidents it would be good not to perform any dives at its swallow part.
• The lights on the perimeter of the swimming pool are turned on at 21.00 and turned off at 02.00 with a timer.
•  The lights of the entrance are turned on off automatically at the sunrise and sunset.
• The lights inside the pool and the outdoor headlamps should be turned on and off by you. Blue stickers are put above the switces on the distribution board- which is in the storage- so as to guide you. Please, don’t forget to turn them off before going to bed.
• The rooms are air- conditioned. When you don’t use a particular room, please turn off the air- conditioner.
• There is solar water heater at our housewhich can cover the visitors’ needs. In case of continuing overcast, please use the electric water heater which is located on the first level of the building. You can turn it on from the switch on the distribution board in the storage above which you will find a white sticker. Don’t forget to turn it off after you use it.
• There is a house alarm system with motion detector in our house which is connected to a security company as well as the police. You should turn the system on while you’re absent.

• Smoking is forbidden inside the building. You may smoke outdoors using ashtrays.
